SHOOTING WAR: This November marked the U.S. & UK launch of the graphic novel Shooting War by Anthony Lappe & Dan Goldman. Originally serialized on SMITH magazine, it's now an expanded (by 110pages), remastered fullcolor hardcover from Grand Central Publishing.
Lappe on JahFurry from Newsarama: "Like so many great projects, the genesis for the Shooting War graphic novel came about at a bar; I was telling my friend Jeff Newelt, aka JahFurry - reggae singer, comics-head, and PR pro, about the idea over drinks one night and he said, Screw film, make a graphic novel...NOW....."
