Born in Philadelphia to a musical family, Sahra gravitated toward the magnetic mysticism of reggae music. Relocating to the beautiful & inspirational islands of Hawaii, she co-founded Jahringa, her first reggae band. Jahringa inspired her to sing about life’s beauty & mystery. Sahra is gifted with the natural ability to convey the message of universal truth and rights through her conscious lyrics and her sultry voice and her adoring fans have dubbed her ‘Jah’s Jewel.
