Somehow all of Jake Bouma's songs sound hauntingly familiar, as if you've had them in your head for years and you're hearing them again for the very first time. Although his sound is self-described as quite similar to singer/songwriters like John Mayer and Matt Wertz, Jake is adamant about not painting himself into an artistic corner; and you can hear the diversity in his music.

Things are going great here too! i moved into my own apartment about a month ago... and am just trying to get as much relaxing in as possible before a new school year sweeps me off my feet :) i've been quite busy the last 2 weeks helping take care of my cousins... they were in a bad car crash on the 29th... they're both doing much better but you can tell they're sick of being injured. :)
