Hello all, my name is Jake Davenport from Coventry, RI. I am attending URI for a double degree in Music Ed and Jazz Performance. I'm a musician and an activist.
My principle instrument is guitar. I'm ok. I have fallen in love with Ibanez.
I am at the begining phases of a couple of new projects, including jazz, fusion, shoegaze, and maybe a little something else.
I also have the honor of working on a progressive metal project, The Empire Shall Fall with Marcus de Lisle, Jeff Pitts, Nick Sollecito and Jesse Leach.
I am willing to play almost any style, so if you got something you want to do with me let me know. I'm always looking to do new things, so if you want to collaborate hit me up via the space (even if you just want to do a collaboration over the computer). I'm always writing. I'm going to try and post a variety of stuff on this site, although I don't frequent my myspace that often. Most of the recordings of myself are to embarrassing to share with you all, but soon enough.

Wonder why. I thought it was the most awesome thing ever!!! I can't imagine it being better in the past, that blows my mind a little. haha. I got interviewed for tv and I got to do a photo shoot for Time Out magazine!
