I began playing the guitar at 11 but didn't have any real breakthrough until I was 15. I quickly began learning blues off a Mel Bay kid's rock guitar method package I got around that time. Soon after, I began exploring the styles of Clapton, Hendrix, Malmsteen, Satriani, Vai, Gary Moore and others which led me to search for my own style. I'm still searching for that sound of my own, but until then, I'll keep learning from as many sources as possible and try to write music that excites the soul and ignites the mind and heart.
