Composer, studio engineer, vocalist and world class keyboard player, Jake studied piano, organ, voice, recorder and music theory as a young boy. By the age of 12, he was performing in the company of Arthur Fiedler of the Boston Symphony, Seiji Ozawa, Michael Tilson Thomas of the Philadelphia Philharmonic and The Boston Opera Company to name a few. He received scholarships from The Boston Archdiocese Choir School and The New England Conservatory of Music, attending N.E.C. and Boston College High School at the same time, all by the age of 18. Although Jake is spending most of his energy writing and recording his own projects, he is involved in studio work via email and is available for concerts around the country, as well as solo and fill-in keyboard player here in Nashville and abroad. Thousands of hours in studio time, writing his own material for film, pop music and digital music for web, make Jake a dynamic, precision live player. He is known affectionately as One Take Jake!
Hey Jake, I'm back home again, but was tired for days after the many hours on various planes. I hope ev'rything is all right:-) Send my regards to all the nice people at the Blue Bar! I'll be back - that's a promise! It was most of all an inspirational trip for me, and there'll come so many songs out of this experience. Remember this shit box piano?

playin the game is always the same. I awake to look around and strive to touch what cannot be found, find beauty in a life so profound. I employ my senses and release my apprehensions, when your mind is clear there is nothing to fear, I relinquish control to the dynamic equilibrium.
Hi Jake, Thx for the friend request! San Antonio seems to be a creative place to be :) Wishing you continued creativity and great success on the journey ahead. Natasha Mostert, author of Season of the Witch
Sounds like wind blowing in a wheatfield, train rolling down the line, rain coming down on a old tin shed, steel, wire and a rusty heart. Boots of leather and dust and ash. Mollasess and coal and stone. Wedding rings and buried bones of love broken and burnt. Tales and the footprints, ravenswings and souls are earnt."
