I'm a solo guitarist and singer. I write, sing and play from the heart, while being careful to not overdo it. Everything I play is original and easy to connect with because I say what a lot of us wish we could. I try to be consistent without being boring.
Music has been part of my life for as far back as I can tell. Sesame street, Mr. Rogers, my Aunt Sue, piano lessons from people that were just too damn happy to be sane, and then my first guitar. The first guitar was a pretty beat-up old thing that was given to me by my Aunt Kathi and Uncle Terry, I had it for a month or so and then traded it in for a new acoustic, a guitar called a 'lotus'. Since then I've acquired a few more guitars, an Ibanez acoustiv/electric, a 12 string, and a fender Tele.
The reason I really started playing guitar at all was because of a man I know called Greg. He would sit about and play the guitar a lot for all the kids and he would be able to play just about anything you could ask of him.
So I started playing when I was close to 13 years old and I've only paused for a few moments here and there.
I'm not sure why this is, but I've always had a hard time with cover songs, so 99 percent of what I play are my own originals, and I kinda like it that way.

Hey Jake, Sorry I did not call you back. I have been very busy with work, and your # got erased from my answering machine. We already gave Max to another family. They took him a couple of months ago.
