JALDABOATH - Grand Master knight of the dark realms, Black Metal Experimentalist and half of the founding duo of The Meads of Asphodel (98-03) - returns from crusades afar to form a new dark order, eloquently titled "JALDABOATH" - along with collaborators "The Mad Monk" - a.k.a The Mad Mullah (First Drummer Deluxe) and "Sir Bodrick" (Knight of the Brazen Bass).
The new order - whose secret inner-temple is located somewhere in the dungeons of the Castle of Rhydian - Grand Master Jaldaboath, The Mad Monk and Sir Bodrick are scribing new battle hymns and plotting strategys for the new musical crusades.
The first batch of these hymns comes in the form of the 6-track EP "Hark the Herald" which will be released on 23.04.08 (St Georges Day) and will be available exclusively from DEATH TO MUSIC Productions at www.deathtomusic.com (click the banners above and below).
The music thus far could be described as "Hammering Heraldic Metal", "Crusader-Core" or even "Tumultuous Teutonic Templar Thrash" - but many will settle for the description of "Battle Metal".

i think this music is always something special if done properly. the same can be said of record labels (i read the newsletter from DTM). Most bands get their fans from small indie labels like DTM but bigger labels can help spread that fan base if done properly. go to a label that will help you, not one that will tarnish the fan base you have and make you sell outs. hope that helps your decision making.
