   About Jam-Bone
Jam-Bone is a jam band with roots in traditional rock ‘n roll and blues. It’s that simple. Three accomplished musicians, each with over 25 years experience, who share a profound love for the groove, spirit and art of improvisation have finally found a place to call home. That place is Jam-Bone.

At a typical Jam-Bone show you will hear music drawn from a diverse range of musical influences, and performed with a musical agility that seems as effortless as it is inspirational. These musicians have taken the concept of “cover band” and transformed the not-so-typical cover song into an exploration of artistic freedom and expression. Jam-Bone also performs original material primarily written by Steve & Rich but John’s creative arrangements finish off the songs to make them truly Jam-Bone originals.

RICH PLUMPTON (GUITAR AND VOCALS). Rich brings an extraordinary range of musical experiences to Jam-Bone with his innovative guitar work and Garcia-like vocals. A never ending source of energy, Rich inspires the band with a “just gotta play” attitude and a fearless knack for tackling the unexpected. Musical influences include Jerry Garcia, Mark Knopfler and David Gilmour.

STEVE K (BASS AND VOCALS). An accomplished multi-instrumentalist, Steve sings and is the bass player for Jam-Bone – but a bass player with a twist. Steve plays a Conklin 7-string bass, which allows him to essentially double as a rhythm guitar player and a bass player, giving a robust punch to rhythmic foundation of the band. As a guitarist, bass player and songwriter, Steve draws his inspiration from a diverse mix including; The Beatles, Frank Zappa, Geddy Lee, Phish, Grateful Dead, Les Claypool, Vic Wooten, and U2. Steve is a featured artist on the Conklin guitars website - check out his info at http://www.conklinguitars.com/artistprofiles/kirchuk.html

JOHN CERMENARO (DRUMS). John’s rock solid, in-the-pocket drumming is the rhythmic backbone of the band. His open playing style gives life to the improvisational aspect of what Jam-Bone does and makes every song bounce with a joyful exuberance that keeps the audience dancing. With influences such as Little Feat, Allman Brothers, and NRBQ, John has developed a style that allows him to easily navigate musical genres from reggae and jazz to New Orleans funk and flat out rock.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE COACH SEEKING MUSICIANS

I'm a Professional Life Coach seeking Vocalists/Musicians/Bands that are interested in Improving their lives on any level that they see fit.

Do you want to become a better performer?

Do you want to play more gigs?

Do need to focus more on marketing?

I'm looking to Help Individuals or Entire Bands at all levels of success who are aware that they have the potential to be whatever they want to be, but just might need a little help focusing in on exactly who it is they want to be, and/or how to be that person.

I am a huge fan of all genres of music and I have managed numerous bands over the past several years.

I've worked with many well known producers, writers, musicians and engineers and might possibly have some great contacts for the right client.

I'm seeking Bands/Musicians who are willing to be coached and willing to invest both the time and effort that it takes to get where you want to go.

I look forward to hearing back from you and helping you bring out the potential that we all know is within us.

Thanks for reading.
