...... I thought about writing this in the third person...but that seems so lame...so here goes. I, Jamar Daniel Rogers, do solemnly swear that all of the following information is valid and correct...hehe I'm at the ripe young age of 27 and currently reside in Milwaukee, WI. I have lived all over from Broken Arrow, OK to Atlanta, GA. I've got one sister (she's a genius...I'm jealous) and the most pimpingnest mom (she knows she's a pimp) and an absentee dad from India (yeah...I'm a mutt). I got a little girl, Freedom who'll be 4 in May. I swear you've never met anyone like her. Music has always been an integral part of life (partly because I've been singing in church since I could hold a tune). I had the most amazing opportunity to take part in American Idol not once, but twice (seasons 3 and 8). Unfortunately, that wasn't the path for me but definitely not the end. I am currently in the process of releasing a few original songs. I have a really weird eclectic mix of sounds including Sam Cooke to Nirvana. I don't think music should have any restraints or boundaries (you impose those and voila...you've taken all the artistry out of it). I've had the coolest opportunity to work with producers that get my vision and direction. I'm not signed...yet...but it's coming children...it's coming. ...... ......
