Here's a little bit about me....
Having played the piano / keyboards from the age of 8, and drums from the age of 11, I have vast experience of working with music. I have appeared in many performances both as a solo artist and a band / ensemble member. In 2006 I took part in the UK National Young Drummer of the Year competition, competing against 500 others, which I then went on to win. I also have quite considerable knowledge of working in recording studios and composing pieces for other bands and myself. I have a good working knowledge of Pro Tools, Reason, Sibelius and other such music programmes. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and I’m also very computer literate. I am a dedicated and determined person who will persevere with any task or problem. I have a strong commitment to see tasks through to a successful conclusion. I’m very much a ‘people person’ and love meeting new people which is great because it means I work equally as well as part of a team as using my own initiative.
I AM NOW LOOKING FOR WORK - SESSION WORK OR OTHER... PLEASE CONTACT ME!
Brief Career History -
I won the Young Drummer of the Year '06 and since then I've toured the UK with some great drummers such as Billy Ward (Joan Osbourne) Gregg Bissonette (independent) - played on tour with Thomas Lang (independent) and played clinics with Steve White (Paul Weller), Carl Palmer (ELP), Ian Palmer, Nick Ward and Craig Blundell.
I was awarded a Hampshire Music Service Exceptional Ability Award in both Keyboards and Composition.
I opened Europe’s biggest drum show, Drummer Live, in London and I was an artist at the UK National Drum Fair in Birmingham.
I appeared on BBC's Xchange TV show and countless newspaper and magazine entries - front cover and a full inside spread in Drummer magazine. I’m also featured in adverts for DfD, Baskey and Vic Firth and I am also listed as an artist on the Mapex website.
