Migrated from Britain in 1970 ,born into singing family toured around with my parents.
Since then I have worked on the Midday Show ,Steve Vizard Show, IMT(In Melbourne Tonight),Denise Drysdale, GMA with Bert Newton and toured the U.S.A and finished up the tour at the legendary" Whiskey A Go GO ".
I've co written songs for the Drama T.V show Neighbours title If I Had You and After Tomorrow.
I've been the support act for Dionne Warwick , Ross Wilson , James Reyne, and one of my favorite bands Deep Purple.
I am currently working in a band paying homage to the legendary bands of the 70's Led Zeppelin ,Bad Company ,Free and Deep Purple.

Hi James.....hope you are well. We had an awesome time in USA (as expected but better than I could ever have imagined) all thanks to Lucy and her husband Rob. And you'll see from my profile that I got to meet THE man himself..out of this world and a dream come true. Such a nice guy, and to think he grew up only 5 miles away from where I did, but I had to wait nearly 40 years and travel 3000 miles to meet him...SO worth it! Hope you can get to the UK as well as the USA sometime..I'd love to meet you and hear you play live too! Take care Anne x

hi James, let me tell you something..once i had a band with vocalist..but i never been satisfied about my band because i never found a superb vocalist like you..so later on i started my instrumental band..its not that i am doing instrumental project because of not having a good vocal, i always had dream to become a solo guitarist..but i wish to do run both my instrumental band and my band with vocal (if I had the band)...wish I had a vocal like you..I never need anything if would have a fantastic vocalist lime you..but nothing to do..my bad luck..i never found one like James Cupples..We live so far away from each other..or may be i don't deserve to do a band with you...however, i really am telling you from my heart and soul that you are the best vocalists amongst new faces i have ever found in myspace..you are the BESTSET!! You Rock..i wish you good luk for your future endeavors..take care my freind..

Were off to santa maria today, to the show.... Weve stayed at Johns a few nights and the other nights in Hollywood on the Sunset strip in a cheap motel and checked the 'wiskey a go go' and the viper room and we saw Ron Jeremy at the Rainbow Lounge, when he left he jumped into a Diawoo lanos [ ive lost respect for the guy now, he should be driving a 72 stingray...
