I think I was playing guitar in my mother's (Grace) womb. My father (Michael) told me the year he passed away (1996) that his dad played the clarinet, so my grandpa "Ventura" played the clarinet in Havana, Cuba, imagine that. I am glad I finally found out who I took after. I do believe in Karma, maybe not "Instant Karma" although I dig the song, but Karma does come back and bite you in the ass, so what comes around goes around. Now happy and living in Las Vegas, I had been free lancing with several Beatle Tribute bands until I decided to join the great show "Beatlemania Now" permanently, and now and then booking my solo one man show called "An Evening With George". I’m on top of the world again, and all the negativity is gone and rid of finally. I have recorded a CD with a solo artist here in Vegas, Bill Donati, and I am also in rehearsal with my new singing duo partner, Lizzy Debolt, check her out @ www.myspace.com/graphichookdesigns a very talented singer and guitarist and all around sweet and beautiful person, inside and out, and we plan to be playing in Las Vegas soon, we just completed our promo CD and promo video so stay tuned. Who I'd like to meet: I would like to meet Sir Paul McCartney because I have met George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and even Sir George Martin. I came real close to meeting Paul when he played Wembley Stadium in London, England in 1980. He had asked his roadie to go get the "Beatlemania" boys and bring them backstage because he actually wanted to meet Tony Kishman (Paul from London cast) and me, I played the part of "George" also in the London cast of Beatlemania. But we left before the last encore and I could have choked Tony to death for wanting to leave so early because the Rolls Royce limo was costing us $100. an hour. I'll never forgive Tony for that one, well we did have two beautiful models with us as our dates, Lindsey and Olga, so I can't blame him and our dates had other things on their minds, and so did we. So Sir Paul forgive me for missing out on meeting you but perhaps one day, ya never know luv!
I would have liked to meet Howard Stern, he's the best. General Robert E. Lee and General Ulysses S. Grant but they've been dead for many years so forget that idea. I would love to meet Natasha Bettingfield, Colbie Caillat, (sorry if I don't spell her name right) Akon, Barack Obama, Deepak Chopra, Sheryl Crow, when I think of other people I will add them here.
