Sounds Like
"Everything about this album screams polished from the packaging to the production...but most, of course, the songs. James is an accomplished writer that can turn his hand to pop (What's Your Passion?), protest (Not In Our Name) or classic singer-songwriter angst (the touching love song The Sound Of Hearts Breaking). Interesting arrangements too, bringing in everything from harmonium and flute to djembe and cello." - Event Magazine
"Really impressive...note perfect playing and singing from the heart" - Chris Goreham, BBC Radio Norfolk.
One of the most talented acoustic artists in the East of England, James Frost has been writing and recording songs for over ten years.

Hello hun! I'm gonna be in your neck of the woods 20th June to do a club night called 'Kitschin'. We must have a coffee and set the world to rights etc. Love from Spadey. x
Hope you're making the best of the sunny weather - string vests and knotted hankies all round!
Mrs CALISTO and I have been ignoring the atmospheric clemency and have instead locked ourselves upstairs at Avenue Studios (yep, we've moved on from Pete's Bedroom Studio and now have an entire room dedicated to dust-gathering guitars and a ropy old PC!). and have not one, not two, but THREE new tracks for your entertainment pleasure.
We're busy working on more originals which we'll be posting soon, but in the meantime we hope you'll enjoy our tributes to the Beatles, Scouting For Girls, and even Oasis...
As usual, get comfy, take a listen, the write nice things on our page so that others will think we're far cooler than we really are.
How are things? Haven't heard from you for a while. Happy in your new (ish) home? Writing/recording again?
I've been writing and recording a lot lately and about to start gigging with my new acoustic duo...thanks for adding us. We've just got started, and added some new tunes today.
