Sounds Like
I don't think my music sounds like anyone. My music is unique... combining the varieties of music I've been influenced by over the years. I enjoy writing music with a good beat, great melodies, and simple lyrics that can be understood and listened to by ALL ages. I also like combining styles of music together in one song (Rock, pop, jazz, reggae, country). I like writing music that makes me feel good when I listen to it... I like to feel like I'm on vacation some place warm with palm trees and ocean when I listen to my music... so I add ocean waves, reggae and caribbean sounds, and of course... some Eddie Van Halen style guitar playing to top it all off. When you listen to my music, some of the instruments and vocal parts are playing in reverse. Other effects I like to use are transposing music an octive higher or lower and using pieces of it in my songs. In some of the songs I write, I use drum loops from a cd by Simon Harris.
