Some one who know's what the hell they are doing. My biggest fear is people that don't know what they are doing. It sounds stupid at first but honestly, think about it. A bus driver who doesn't know how to drive is not gonna have any return customers *splat*. And there is the qoute "If at first you don't succeed, maybe skydiving isn't for you."
Speaking of quotes; my personal fav is "The more you know, the more you know, the less you know." -need a translation? think about the last time you heard an ignorant person acting like they know every thing. If they were actually smart they would realize how little they actually know about the world and stfu!
