I can see that small boy lost in the crowd and I am so glad he took the man's hand in Going to Meet the Man. What wonderful lyrics and haunting song.....
I just realized that "Going to Meet the Man" was posted the night before Fathers' Day...I just find that interesting... Oh, and thank you for the invitation to the awaiting life. I choose to indeed come along! :)
Hi James, Thanks so much for your comments. What a haunting voice you have and your lyrics are so deep and meaningful! The instrumental landscape is really skillful and matches the songs beautifully. Fantastic! Great that you'll be performing over here. We'll keep an eye out for you. All the best with your musical journey! Elaine and Maria xx
The ultimate in pathos "The last of love's great circus clowns" is so sad, so poignant and somehow it takes us to "places that are better". It makes our souls ache with yearning. All the songs are amazing but you saved the best till last on the album.
You're right, all that glitters isn't all that matters...it's that light shining upon all, without which would be no glitter at all. (: Thank you for shining a light...
Ok, your newest song has me aching to hear your new album in its entirety! I'm beginning to see the story unfold...but it's only in bits and pieces...cannot wait until the day the epic will be released and the full story is can be experienced!
...new song also has me yearning for an "only ever lover"...where would someone go to find one?
Lord Webber, Each new song is a jewel. Thank you for your great gifts. Tularosa is a wonderful perfection. I'll see you at The Bowery :) Love, Countessa
When will Princess of the Palisades come back? I LOVE that song! It had such a short life on your page... I guess I'll have to wait for the album!!! (:
I've missed you. I love the new songs. I don't know what it is about your music, but it always finds me at the right time. It calms my mind and settles my soul. Thank you. xox
The most achingly haunting, beautiful, and heartfelt melodies I've ever heard you sing in close to 15 years. You just keep on climbing. Every time you reach a peak, you go ahead and surpass it again.
How do you go about writing a song that COMPLETELY describes my life right now?! I must have called it into existence while beautifully creating my own reality...
There must be always remaining in every life, some place for the singing of angels, some place for that which in itself is breathless and beautiful - H Thurman. Blessings to the Beauty of You KnofC.
Not only is Sea of Mercy one of the most truly and spectacularly beautiful things I have ever heard you sing, it could not describe more accurately my own journey of waking up throughout the last few years. This is all the confirmation I could ever need that neither distance nor time will ever come to separate us my brother. We are both rising waves in the same one holy ocean
I have just followed your footsteps into the Sea of Mercy.... Like bathing myself in the Quantum waves of infinite possibility..... I quote, if the soul could sing it would sound like James Webber.
