Jamie Everett, born in Gainesville, Florida as a Florida Gator. He got started with music when he was just 6years old, studying piano and then adding on the trumpet by the age of 10. From here he was able to find the Bagpipes in the School system he was in. After a brief stint with the oboe and an oboe player, he would toss aside all to concentrate full time on the pipes. Getting most of his instruction from PM Sandy Keith and then later some instruction from Bruce Gandy at the College of Piping. While playing for the City of Dunedin Pipe Band he has maintained a constant dream to see the pipes evolve and be used in more mainstream ways and even completely unconventional ways. his Musical influences are everything, from Jazz, Blues, to Hip-Hop, and House, and of course countless pipers and Trad groups. After filling in for Scott Long of Seven Nations for a summer it became obvious, that he lived for playing music for people. Therefore, what better way to introduce people to a new sound then to directly feed it to them.

Rob Kennedy, started his music life playing trumpet at the age of 7 in Passaic, New Jersey, all the while trying to maintain a tough guy image. Armed with his trumpet and favorite Trapper Keeper, he starts on his own musical journey that would eventually hook him up with Jamie. Basically being the first U.S. born child in his Scottish family he was destined to be influenced by the likes of musical magicians such as Falco, Guns and Roses, Devo, Auto Bahn, and The Allen Parsons Project. He moved to Florida in 87 and found his scottish roots in the same school system as Jamie. In 91 he would become a tenor drummer and eventual Drum Major or the City of Dunedin Pipe Band. From 92-97 he went un challenged and undefeated in the SUSPBA, and in 98 won the US open Drum Major Championships. As a proud husband he has also become the MC of his now famous Halloween and Memorial day parties where you can find Rob, Jamie and tons of their friends hanging about finding ways to beat cancer, seduce women and of course make a great CD.

It realllly got to me. I was glued to the tv from 7pm on, till after Obama talked. I was definitely moved listening to him. Don't tempt me with taco and especially cinnabon talk without some action backing it up! =)
