I'm a freelance graphic designer slash technical communicator. When my partner's family urged me to put my GLBT Ally designs onto shirts and things, I opened a CafePress shop. It made sense... they're supportive of us (they even named their firstborn after me) and active in PFLAG, but they couldn't find Ally designs to show it.
A lot of my GLBT and general interest designs are available in JamieCo Design now. I've also branched out to Zazzle, Imagekind, and Printfection. For Mac users, still more of my designs are available as OS X icons at warrior~poet. And it's been a while since I designed any new ones, but I have desktop graphics there as well.
My closets are full of renfaire garb, no room lacks piles of books, and I'm the "writer-downer" for our huge family. Lately I have wanted to be more sociable .. so it's time to make a foray into the MySpace realm.
