    Jamie sir what up??? how is that marvelous cooking of yours yummie yummie...
    have two of your books and I tell you this week will be making one of your specialties.
    I wanted to last week but it was such a long week that made soup and then home made pizza with sun dried tomato.

    How are you and your loved ones?
    hope all is going good for you.
    It is sunny and warm here, have spent the day at the lake house and will may  head back later to the house.
    Or if not just stay out here.  Soon it will get cooler again, one is in shorts and tshirt or tank top it has been extraordinary wonderful weather.

    My cousins tell me it is much cooler in London for the past month eh.

     Police said a man stabbed himself, then said he was attacked by three men dressed in black who were either Hispanic or skinheads, in a ploy to miss work. Police arrested a 29-year-old man after he allegedly admitted he made up the assault and said he was responsible for the knife wound to his leg and other superficial cuts on his body. He faces charges of false reporting and obstructing a police officer.
