*Acting - preferably theatre, but film is good too
*Satire - "The world is a comedy to those who think..."
*Dancing - As a former Theatre Arts major in college I took a lot of dance training including Ballet, Latin American, Jazz and Modern. One of my many pipe dreams is to be do a world tour of Fiddler on the Roof or be part of a traveling retro burlesque troupe.
*Singing - namely in the car and occasional karaoke (it's all about "Fever"), although I have studied professionally and performed in musicals and choirs quite a bit in the past (my old choir teacher wanted me to audition for the opera)
*Traveling - preferably places I haven't been yet, and
*Wandering the streets seeking out the local haunts, no matter how lost I get, and finding the real cool spots the guidebooks won't tell you about, like...
*Coffee Shops, 'cause I've discovered that every town or city has at least one awesome coffee shop.
*People - photographing, drawing, painting, getting to know...
*Cooking - or at least experimenting in the kitchen with various, occasionally spectacular, results - Russian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Greek, Italian, Indian, etc. Homemade soup and bread of any type.
*Foreign Languages - I tend to study them just enough to get things completely mixed up - I studied French and then Spanish in college, my roommate is from former Soviet Union, most of my friends in LA speak Russian, and I'm hard of hearing and try to learn sign language at times... so you might end up hearing me say something along the lines of: "Privet! Commo estas? Merde, je suis presse! Dosvidanya!" - while signing really badly and never really communicating with anyone. Keeps me amused though.
*Music - Listening, playing, making up new stuff in my head. In the past I seriously played violin and I spent a lot of time taking lessons or just fucking around with trumpet, guitar, keyboards, synthesizers, drums, full sized and kiddie accordions. I won't claim to be a pro at any of it, but my constant if a bit schizophrenic obsession with music does give me a bit of a musical background. Now I'm taking viola lessons. I love all instruments I've picked up, but to me there's nothing cooler than rocking out with a bow.
*Walking & Bike Riding, especially along the beach..
*Reading &/or Quote Collecting: Some of my favorite witty folk include Mae West, Oscar Wilde and Terry Pratchett. Irony is hilarious.
*Writing, or at least babbling in type
