My new project to get fit and strong is my newest interest, I have decided to transform my body while sharing it in the hope it might inspire others to do the same. Most people take care of their cars better than their own health! We must treat our bodies better than ANY material product that we might own. Our bodies are capable of more than we may ever know, and I plan to prove this by breaking down barriers and improving performance in a range of exercises and activities.
