Clean Run Magazine says:
So you're probably asking, "Why is Clean Run carrying a music CD?" We were contacted several months ago by someone who asked us to review a CD that contained a "song about dog agility." Having read one too many poorly rhymed agility poem and song submissions, we were skeptical to say the least... but we can honestly say that when we listened to Shine in the Moon, we were knocked out—not only by the song "My All-American Boy" (inspired by her agility adventures with her mixed breed, "Carson"), but by most of the album. So we wanted to share her music with other agility enthusiasts.
Janet McLaughlin is a voice to be heard and to be remembered—her acoustic-driven style is hers and mimics no one. Shine in the Moon is her third and most exciting CD. Janet's guitar work sparkles on this very engaging collection of her work. Check her out—you'll be glad you did.
Janet's song, My All American Boy (aka The Agility Song) is being played throughout the 2008 USDAA World Games in Scottsdale, AR.

A Sacred Garden came into being. Brought forth in Light from within. Pure Love at core evolves to heal, While souls within to touch come near.
A Spirit Place where hearts do meet, To share in each Love's healing Grace. A word, a touch, a smile bestowed, Blossomed Spirits grown to each as One.
Blessings tendered upon human petals, Whether marked by wounds received in time. Each gift of life brought here to cherish, Without repel or anger cast.
Growth be given from this garden's midst, To those who find themselves within. Nurtured Spirits through her roots inspire, Greater Love revealed than prior known.
Angelic gifts from Universal hands, Received by all with planted seed. To grow in Spirit to soul's delight, Bearing graceful blessings born of Love.
Ponded ripples toward Beings flow, Unfolding Spirits in gentle wakes. A Sacred Garden's vision swept, Bringing peace within to harbored souls.
A Sacred Garden's place in time, Allows pure growth for heart's restore. May the Universe bless this Sacred Earth, And all who enter her Loving gates.

This year my foster mom is walking in the 2009 Walk for the Animals benefiting the Animal Protection Society of Durham and we could really use your support.
This year's Walk is more important for APS than ever! The county has cut our budget so fundraising is vital to ensuring the welfare of the animals like me who APS takes care of. Just $5 or $10 would go a log way towards helping us meet our goals!
