Janette Rallison has been writing books since she was six years old—although the quality of her writing has improved vastly since that time. She writes because it is much more fun than cleaning bathrooms and all that other stuff she’d have to do if she wasn’t parked in front of the computer. Her avoidance of housework has led her to writing eleven books, five of which are young adult novels.
She prefers comedy over angst because, hey, there is enough angst in real life, but there’s a drastic shortage on both humor and romance. She lives in Arizona with her husband, five kids, and enough cats to classify her as eccentric.
