As the world’s preeminent Mango Ambassador, I have made it my life’s mission to make sure every family in the United States experiences the great taste of mangos. I know everything there is to know about mangos, thanks to my parents and the time I spent at the prestigious Mango University (for mangos only). It was Mamá Mango who taught me how to use the versatile mango to infuse a variety of dishes with tropi-culinary inspiration. Meanwhile, Papá Mango taught me all about the different regions of the world where mangos are grown. I enrolled at Mango U as soon as I was ripe enough and it was there that I learned all about the origins and nutritional value of this delicious tropical fruit. To help spread the word about the world’s most popular fruit here in America, I use stories, songs, and even dance.
