BOARD OF SUPERVISORS HEARING TOMORROW, JAN 27 @ 9:00 A.M.

TOMORROW IS OUR LAST CHANCE

Tomorrow, is our last chance to voice our opposition to the unwanted radio tower to the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors.

Our appeal before the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors has been scheduled for Tomorrow, January 27th in the Board Chambers. We need the residents of Yucaipa to stand up against Lazar Broadcasting to preserve our natural vistas, protect our hikers and horse riders, and prevent further permanent damage to our dwindling open space areas.

Over 1,000 have joined in our fight against Lazer Broadcasting’s proposal of an 80-foot radio broadcast tower and 500 gallon fuel tank adjacent to the Wildwood Canyon State Park. In addition, several hundred letters from residents have been sent directly to the Board of Supervisors expressing criticism for this project that threatens natural vistas, trails, and local plants and wildlife.

If you are interested in attending this public appeal to the Board of Supervisors, please reply to this email for details and speaking opportunities. The hearing will be at 10 a.m. at the San Bernardino County Government Center, located at 385 N. Arrowhead Ave. in San Bernardino in the Board Chambers Room.

If you are interested in helping but cannot attend the hearing, send in letters now on our website by visiting www. stopthetowernow. org. You can call Supervisor Neil Derry at (909) 387-4855 or email him at SupervisorDerry@sbcounty.gov and let his office know you oppose this project.

Again, thank you for your continued support. Together we will be able to protect the few remaining open spaces left in Yucaipa.
