Ellensburg Downtown Association	May 19 2008 5:08 AM Yeah, that's the problem with public art posing as bike racks. They look great though and people are starting to recognize and use them as bike racks, so it's all good. We'll be doing another call for artist proposals this fall so if you know any artistic types who'd be interested send them our way.
