About me:
Janor Slichter plays live, solo acoustic Grateful Dead and Bob Dylan covers in SL. He intermingles his extensive repertoire with improvisations distinctly reminiscent of Jerry Garcia's, in both bluegrassy and psychedelic styles. Some of the words his fans have used to describe Janor's singing and playing are "soulful", "sweeping", "fun", and even "It's Jerry" and "he fills that Jerry hole".
"I love what music does to people... takes them to faraway places in their own minds... trance-like states... frenzies... If I can share that with folks, I'm happy."
