Alpine (slalom/down-hill) skiing in the Cascade Mountains. New to snowboarding, snowshoeing, and cross-country (Nordic) skiing.
Summer sports
Camping and trail hiking around the Olympic Peninsula/Cascades, and mountain biking. Golfing (but not a golfer).
Water sports
PADI open water SCUBA diving (with additional dry-suit and nitrox certifications), boating, salmon fishing, crabbing, and sailing in and around Puget Sound and Lake Washington, as well as in Thailand. Windsurfing in Lake Washington and “the Gorge” along the Columbia River.

Photography, range shooting, hanging out at a cool café with a book, finding a bargain, exploring the city, picnics at the park, and road-trips

Born in Bangkok, Thailand (Mom's from Thailand, Dad's from Washington State); lived in Vientiane, Laos; Udorn Thani, Thailand; Tainan, Taiwan, Republic of China; Renton, Washington, U.S.A. (suburb of Seattle, WA); Bangkok, Thailand; Saint Louis, Missouri; Houston, Texas; and Vienna, Virginia (suburb of Washington, DC).
Schooled at Kentridge Senior High School (Kent, WA); the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies, and the Business School at the University of Washington (Seattle); received two bachelors’s of arts (B.A.-Int’l Studies/B.A.B.A.). Graduate work at the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis (M.B.A.).
I have been involved in the energy/oil and gas industry since 1993. Technical background in custody-transfer measurement systems (e.g. metering oil and gas).
