About me:
Japonicus is a Tokyo based music production company founded in 1999 by a group of young argentinian and japanese music enthusiasts with support of individuals/companies from around the world.
Since then, Japonicus has expanded their activities to include managing, promoting as well as producing tours, festivals and other events related with music. Some of the genres include: rebel, rock latino, mestizo, cumbia, pachanga, punk, alternative, rock (latin, japanese, italian, basque, spanish, french), pop, latin, folklore, tango, blues, reggae, ska (as well as ska punk, ska core), rock steady, mento, calypso, hip hop, rebel music and more.
The activities have been concentrated so far around bands originating from Latin America, Italy, Euskal Herria (Basque), Catalunya (Barcelona), China, Costa Rica, Mexico, France, England, Spain, Germany, USA, Jamaica, and Japan as well as tours in Italy, Euskal Herria (Basque Country), Catalunya, China, Japan, England, Wales, Scotland, USA, Argentina, Mexico, Spain, etc.
Throughout the years, Japonicus has organized many events in collaboration with the Argentinian consulate and embassy in Tokyo.
