I've had some music featured on ABC, FOX, A&E and a few indie films...as far as the live aspect...locally, the band and I have been playing gigs since April 07 in Vancity...we did Music West last year, a few live performances on CJSF Radio...and a TV appearance on SCAN Channel 77 in Seattle. Other gigs include The Roxy, The Cellar, Backstage Lounge, Copper Tank, SFU Convocation Mall, Nelson Cafe, Vancouver Art Gallery...etc. My band is called J.T. & The Willing and we're currently working on a album at the recently reanimated Sea Side Studio. The album will be ten tracks and slated for release in Canada by fall and in the US by winter. We are currently speed dating record labels for backing. A Canada/US tour will follow.
Man! That was brilliant! You have this incredible talent for writing songs that are instantly catchy. Unreal, dude.
In a world where the f**kin Pussycat Dolls are topping the charts (they make the Spice Girls seem legitimate) I wish you all the luck in the world, man. God knows you deserve recognition and I hope that one day you get it.
I posted 6 different versions of the Whitney Houston classic. Dave Cruz is in top form. You're on 2 of the tracks - The David Cruz Project and a Mrs. Svenson "Situation" that we created. Check it out. :)
Yes, you’re drumming is very distinctive back then. :)
I have many different “Situations” that we’ve created - studio and live. I post them from time to time. As a matter of fact, my next batch of songs is going to consist of all the different versions of “The Greatest Love Of All” - 4 with Cruz on vocals, one with myself and another with you.
Get ready for it.
Oh, and make sure you check out “Ginger’s Not Dead”. Phenomenal noise.
Caroline is sounding sweet, my friend. Where are you recording? When are we playing together again? Enough questions! Oh ya, jet setting is pretty good. Beijing on Thurs. t
Thanks for the good word. We'll be recording a new album soon here in Vancouver. Good to hear from you, I still tell people about your music. Always loved to hear you perform. -M
Jarrod and everyone...how's it going? This is real short notice, would you guys have time and be interested to jamming this upcoming mon, August 4 in Central Park. It's a fund raising event for Darfur. Missed all you're recent shows..I was on crunches..
I still listen to those old demos. Do you play any of those older songs like "Waiting For Morning To Come" and "Mermaids Of Flight"? They're amazing songs. I hope you haven't ditched them. The chorus of "Hester Street" is brilliant! :)
Nope, I solo mostly to the elevator music on the t.v. listings channel. Either that or the commercials in between the program I'm watching...or sometimes even over the program. :)
Back in Vancouver mostly. Andrew is a dad and things have slowed down. I (Melissa) will be performing again soon. "Long time" was written and recorded just by me. Flyin' solo.

There's a song on the new Crowded House album called "Pour Le Monde" that not only resembles John Lennon, but also sounds like a distant cousin of one of your older songs called "The Grail". Check it out. :)
