BIOGRAPHY

Born September 1985 Jas began playing guitar at the young impressionable age of 13. To date, he has achieved such accolades as the UK’s Guitarist Of The Year Contest in 2003 (aged 18 at the time & yes the adult section), has performed and worked alongside such legendary musicians as Wishbone Ash, Robin Trower, Walter Trout, Johnny Winter, Chicken Shack, the Troggs, John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin), Bernie Marsden to name a few.

As well as gigging intensely and performing with his band Rude Tiger (see website link for tour dates and gigs), he is often doing session work, teaching, showcasing and performing at Guitar Clinics throughout the country.

Jas is also a contributor to Lick Library and has recorded a selection of tuitional web lessons, see - www.licklibrary.com.

Jas is also an Official endorsee of DR Strings & plays with Musicman Guitars & Blackheart Amplification.

Back in 2003 when Jas performed at the NEC in Birmingham for the Guitarist Of The Year Contest, Guitarist magazine quoted - ‘never before has it been so easy for the judges to pick a winner…This guy will be a star!’.
