Mmm...Foremost, I guess the first of choice is pretty obvious. Others, I prefer groups like The Cure, Duran Duran ,Psychadelic Furs, Deftones, Concrete Blonde ,Type O Negative, The 69 Eyes.I'm not really into to today's bands ,something will grab my attention sometimes but genarally I have my own style playing as a musician and is far from anything that is out there today.Most of what I listen to is never on the radio nor television and most of the groups are out of Europe.American music doesn't intrigue me at all really. I could go on and on with names.I am really into theatrical music and it is also an inspiration when writing.

Books
I do not really read that much anymore...Just on the fly-by maybe. I just think that I use to read so much when I was younger and such that it just got old to me. There are authors that were of course some of my favorites ,but I have probably already read most of there material. I usually spend more time contemplating or focusing on my own and very rarely do I have the time nor interest anymore for books.I would rather read an article on an actor,writer or a new film debuting something of that nature.
