The meld of all good time music styles with guitar
Greetings! I am an instrumental guitarist from Huntington Beach, CA. I play original music in both electric and acoustic groups. My electric group, JBG, performs an eclectic mix of guitar funkrock. The JB Quartet/Trio focuses on jazz, Brazilian & gypsy swing. My newest project, Bluesgrease, is a vocal fronted bluesrock group. I also perform in solo, duo & trio guitar settings and double on drums. I am always interested in teaming up with bands for shows. Thanks to everyone for the Norbay Music Award honors!....................................."A powerhouse of a musician. On drums and guitar he possesses the kind of technique, heart and soul that makes everyone in the audience go "Wow"."-Joe Satriani ...........................................................JBG at the Cotati Jazz Fest performing Freeway Jam by Jeff Beck.................JBQ at the Healdsburg Jazz Festival 09 performing the Culprit......Carter & Bodlovich at The Fillmore opening for Joe Satriani performing "Shock T"...................duet w/Ray Brown recording the title track from Blues For Dexter.......Organix Guitar Trio w/Julian Lage & Isaac Carter performing the theme from the motion picture, "The Tenant"
