Influences
Jim Reeves, Elvis, Merle Haggard, Ronnie Milsap, Keith Whitley, Kenny Rogers, Bob Seger, George Strait, Mark Chesnutt, Clay Walker, Tracy Byrd, (The Beaumont Boys), Wade Hayes, , Neal McCoy, Mark Miller from Sawyer Brown, Trace Adkins, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Tracy Lawrence...this list is endless. I gotta give props to Craig Morgan, I love his voice and his songwriting style. Thanks for the songs Craig. Also to Jason Aldean, I was hoping to be the first Jason to "hit", but you deserve it man, keep kickin it and thanks for your contribute to my album. I hope to work with every one of these guys someday on some level. The ones that are no longer with us, I will have eternity to jam with. I like to listen to all kinds of music. I even like Techno/House and Alternative Rock. Depends on the mood I'm in. You can learn a little something from each style. Listen to them and then learn their style. How they move from note to note. Listen sometime to how a singer breathes between lines. You can learn a lot from something that simple.

First thing I would like to say is FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS!!! Turn your dreams into goals and make the changes in your life to reach your goals. Surround yourself with people who also have goals and support one another. Goals don't come to you. It takes A LOT of hard work, sacrifice, and most of all, knowing how to get off the ground when you get knocked down. And when you get knocked down, don't get mad or give up. Take what happened and see what you may have done wrong, and improve on it. The best thing to hear and receive is criticism, its the ONLY way to improve. When you reach a goal set another one a little higher and harder to reach.
I started down this road along time ago. The sign said Music Career. There was no mention of how many miles it was gonna be, and I lost count of how many it's been. There were times when I felt like giving up, but all it took was just one person to say, "You're gonna make it someday!" Whoever that was, thank you. I know I may not be one of the big hitters, yet (fingers crossed), but I feel like every show that God lets me get on stage in front of anybody, well, that I have made it. I am living my dream, every one of my singles so far has charted in the top 100 on the Mediabase Country Charts. I'm meeting some of the greatest people ever in country radio, artist in country music, and I have the best family, friends, and fans any artist could ever have supporting them. I LOVE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!!
I'm not going to bore you with dropping names of who I have opened for and met, or places I have played. I just want to give credit to the fans, and country radio!! Without them I wouldn't of had those opportunities anyway. Country music fans are the best fans there are. But when you add that to my fans, WOW. They welcome new fans with open arms and love to have fun. So, welcome to my MySpace and enjoy the music. I hope you learned a little about me and hope ya got a little laugh too. Read my bio in the blog section. It's all true, except for the made up parts. J/K. THANK YOU WRANGLER!! Also, a shout out to Karl Chevrolet, Carl Moyer and Chevrolet. Call Carl when you want to buy that "special" Corvette. Ask them about the 67' Kustom Corvette. Someday I'll have one...or two. There's nothing like driving a bow tie. CHEVROLET, FOR WHEN YOU DEPEND ON DEPENDABILITY. (That's my own Chevy slogan...JB)
So welcome and have fun. Make sure to come and say hello if you are at one of my shows or see me out and about. If you want an autograph or something don't hesitate asking. Without your support I wouldn't be able to do any of this. YA'LL ARE NUMBER ONE !
hey jason, hope your having fun and working hard! Keep it up hope to see you soon, last place was homemakers and it was good, but a strange venue to see you! HA
