Hi my names Jason, I record, engineer, mix and master bands and artists!

I have worked with indie labels- Visible Noise, In At The Deep End, UnderGroove, Thirty Days Of Night, Holy Roar, Road kill, Calculated Risk, Midmarch, Seduction Records.

Bands- The Plight, Sorry and the Sinatras, Legacy, Freezing Fog, Rolo Tomassi, Send More Paramedics, Azriel, Gu Medicine, The Mirimar Disaster, D-rail, Lavotchkin, Whores Whores Whores, Beasts, Soul Fracture, Chicken Hawk, Bear Head, Errander, Cocean and many more. i am lucky i work with great bands so thank you!!

Ive been recording bands for about 8 years, I trained in both linear and non-linear recording techniques, through use of digital tape based recorders to Digidesigns ProTools HD, analogue recording consoles to digital desks and controllers. I have good experience in both live recording and modern pop-style commercial recording techniques. My mixing is of a professional quality and my mastering is of a commercial standard!

I have my own ProTools tdm edit and mix station with industry standard Genelec monitoring, I now own quality preamps (Neve, UAudio, Focustrite, Altec) which makes me happy!! i am totally Conversant in the use and workings of commercial studios and top quality equipment with microphones (Neumann, Earthworks, Akg), outboard processors and protools HD systems

I play in a metal band called Errander (formally known as P>S>P), signed to the UK indie label- In At The Deep End Records. Because of this the majority of my work tends to be Metal, hardcore or heavy alternative bands, Although most of my training was spent assisting folk recordings of some of the world finest folk players. I also play in a power pop/ambient/ indie band called Cocean signed to Seduction Records

Also both of my recording mentors are both amazing techno producers, so least to say my skills are very broad and I'm open to any project you can throw at me! .
