With powerful songs and a heart to see people passionately abandon themselves in worship, Jason Scott is a minister with God's heart in mind. Growing up he loved writing songs, playing music, and singing, but the intimidation and fear he experienced in front of people overwhelmed him. This caused him to grow privately in these talents and trust God that He knew what He was doing. "I have no delusions that I would not be leading worship or ministering other than God walked me through the process by His grace," Jason has said.
For Jason, the focus is worship and he longs to lead people anywhere and everywhere into a deeper encounter with God. His music is modern worship with a prophetic edge and encourages listeners to participate with and declare God's word, that of the unchanging scripture and releasing God's heart for that moment.
The songs he has written capture the heart of God and cause you to enter into new heights of worship. These songs have been featured at Lamar Boschman's International Worship Institute as well as churches throughout the United States and other countries. Whether live or through his recordings, Jason reflects a passionate commitment to seeing people experience God's presence and prompting them to deeper worship.
He has been a popular worship leader and speaker for conferences for several years. And seeing a need to equip people with the vision and practicalities of expressing worship, he recently started a worship teaching ministry called Spark2Flame which incorporates training in conferences and local churches as well as tools like the website, spark2flame.com that is impacting lives and hearts. Jason is the associate pastor and worship leader at Church for All Nations in Juneau, AK. He has a beautiful wife, Andrea, and they have three children.

There is currently a search for two types of bands for record label consideration.
*** Note: PLEASE IDENTIFY IF YOU ARE IN GROUP 1 OR 2 IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR RESPONSE. Emails are being reviewed by different representatives.
1. A Pop/Rock/Commercial band with female lead. Band must consist of 2 guitars (Prefer both guitar players to be of lead caliber. However, one lead and one rhythm is acceptable), keyboard/piano, bass, and drums. Lead vocal, followed by backing vocals, in that order, is a plus as it relates to other members of the group. Average age of the band cannot exceed 28 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
2. A Modern Rock band with male lead. Must be a complete band but there are no prerequisites as it relates to the make up of the band. Average age of the band cannot exceed 23 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.

I know that many artists from North America don't have their music videos uploaded to German video websites. The most popular websites are MyVideo.de and ClipFish.de. That means your European audience does not have the chance to find them.
I understand that most of you don't speak German and are not able to upload videos because of the language barrier. If you would like me to upload your videos to the German video websites, please let me know.
