HISTORY OF JAXBAG
The Club originated at the Scores and More Bar. There was a handful of Steeler fans faithfully meeting every game day in the early 90’s to watch it on the big screen. As the early 90’s continued, more and more fans would come each week and we sort of “took over” the entire room. The bar changed hands and would you believe that person was a Cleveland Browns supporter! They gave the big screen to the Browns fans and we had to leave. So our next stop was at place on Philips Highway called Hit and Sip. We soon outgrew the Hit and Sip and needed a larger bar. Back to Mandarin and a place called Cheer’s which is now called the Mandarin Inn. The final year we were there, Cheer’s reduced the space and we were very crowded.
After moving a few more times, we now call Chicago Pizza and Sports Grille home. Our new home has more than enough room for our huge club, a great menu including Chicago style deep dish pizzas, 5 large screen TVs with satellite and a TV in every booth.
Our growing club also has several affiliate locations throughout Jacksonville. Stop by and visit us on game day!

Hi, Thanks for the add. We plan on making the trip down to J-ville on Oct 5. Sorry to say the RV won't be with us. At 8 miles per gallon its cheaper to fly. Any details you can give us would be great. Steelers bars, hotels, ect. Thanks -JB
