I'm diggin the new threads! Hope all is well in Jax - I was in Daytona for the Board & Waves Expo last month... Hurricane Bertha hooked it up with some good waves!
Local Artist and Flagler College Alumni, Leif Kruse, returns to Classic Blends for the month of August with a new exhibition titled "Bits and Pieces." This series will feature small original paintings on a variety of materials ranging from canvases to small objects (records, bottles, etc.) Everything in "Bits and Pieces" will be priced low (around $50) to encourage everyone to get some great art before Leif leaves St. Augustine for Maui in October.
An opening reception will be held at Classic Blends Gallery during the first friday artwalk August 1st from 5-Midnight.
Leif will be on hand to answer questions about his work. Refreshments will be provided next door at Magnum Tattoo. Guest DJs will spin all night.
Throughout the month Leif will have regular hours where you can browse the gallery and watch him paint in the studio.
Hours: Wed, Thurs & Fri 8pm - 11pm
