I also have a periodical "self-destruct" mode.
It gives me the shitty habit of wrecking whatever good thing I have going at the time.
Due to this, I tend to sabotage my own relationships by seeing how far I can push people away before I "pull the leash" and bring them back in.
I know I do it, and yet I keep on doing it.
