About me:
Sziasztok! this is the one and only, Jay Arguelles myspace page.
Quick facts; based on full research, the surname; Arguelles. Originated out in Greece and is of full Greek decent. Very popular around the European
countries of France, Spain and Italy.
-- Jay, speaks a variety of different languages. Affluent in both English and Spanish, and mid-level French and Italian.
Also taken languages lessons in the Hungarian language. As he describes it:
"It's a little difficult, I understand it better, than I can speak it."
We'd like to refer to Jay, as an artist and 'superstar' in many ways... Involved
and working in the industry, since 2002, at the age of 19. Producing, directing
and all around team player. In various departments; of film, television and
music. Previously worked as developer in computer special effects, web development
and audio engineering. For international media giant, Universal Pictures and
Music, in the aforementioned departments. He was also a key player in the
development and launching, of two popular Internet music networks.
In late 2007, a group of four producers and Jay. All agreed to a partnership and acquired two small production studios.
Based in New York, for the equivalent of about 6.5 million dollars. And later formed the Arguelles Entertainment Group. Since the majority investor with about 60% stake in the group.
He got to name the merger and also became CEO/President of the company. The rest
of the four producers own 40% of the company and have equal say in company decisions.
In 2008, Jay, decided to expand the group to the west coast and headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.
With this came a new challenge and objective for the group? To become a major player and competitor in the music and film industry worldwide. But as Jay,
bluntly puts it: "you don't accomplish anything, if you don't try" -- end quote.
But above all his success, Jay, has always had time to give back to the community. He
is constantly taking part in several beneficiary campaigns and organizations. As
part of the community outreach program he created, and is highly involved in.
Jay, expresses: "giving back and to know you've made a little bit of a difference, in some small way... is a very rewarding feeling."
