J- Mac (a.k.a. J Macnifficent)  Is an Independent Recording Artist based Out Of Northern California.

He Was Born In Chicago Ill. Although He Was Raised Practically Every Where Else. Mac Became Heir To The Thrown Just Moments After His Birth When His Father Committed Suicide. It Was Crazy Man Because I Never Really Met My Pops But Everybody That Knew Him Said We Where Damn Near The Same Person. Man I Been To New York, Mississippi, Washington, Atlanta, Texas And Damn Near Every Where Else But Out Of Everywhere We Lived This Was The Place That Really Felt Like Home. Once They Finally Got Rooted In One Place Mac Began Spreading His Wings Branching Out Forming Bonds And Alliance In Bigger Places. Truthfully I Never Even Thought About Rapping, But As I Was Coming Up It Was Such A Big A Part Of Who Was. I Can Kind Of Recall The Day When I Was Chilling With Sha And Was Like yo Jay Spit Something To This Track And I Must Have Been Like Ten And I Spit This Little Freestyle And I Guess It Was Enough For Sha To See My Gift And We Set Their In One Weeks Time And Crafted What Would Eventually Become The Pleasure Project My First Official Album.

After Catching The Hip Hop Bug There Was No Getting Rid Macnifficent. In An Era Where Mixtapes Were Beginning To Get Mainstream Attention He Capitalized On The Market And Began Churning Numerous Releases The Most Notable Being The Beat Biterz. After Releasing All This Music Man, I Think I Finally Came Into my Own. And Started Working On A Musical Documentary, In Which He Would Intel His Life. I Started Simply Taking Off Where The Pleasure Project Had Ended And Then The Process Began To Take On Its Own Identity. I Kind Of Chronicle The Experience In Some Of The Tracks. So Rather Than Rush To Put Some Material Like Many Artist Do He Then Decided To Give Music A Real Shot.

Leaving Salinas And Heading To Las Angles To Craft The Perfect Project. With Intension Of Heading Somewhere To Get His Opportunity In This Growing Industry. I Believe I Did Everything Possible To Ensure This Was A Successful Endeavor. I Went To The Best Producers That I Had Access To Too, Plus I Personally Wrote And Arrange Damn Near Every Song (w/ exception of certain tracks).
