04/4/08 - Hey guys! We’ve recently been keeping busy with school and what not. Lots of auditions and things to be doing these days, we’re busy people. We model too did we tell you that? Haha, anyways while our original song entitled, "Undecided" is still being composed, we recently recorded our new cover song of Jordin Sparks & Chris Brown’s "No Air" and we’re really proud of it! Hope you guys like it and have fun with it while waiting for "Undecided" to surface! Tell us how you think of it! Plz & Thank You!

08/3/08 - Alright another update finally! Things have been very hectic for Jayded lately! We recently just finished a new music video for all of you and its for our new single, a cover of Alicia Keys’ "If I Ain’t Got You" and it is below and on Youtube as well! We hope you like it. As well we put up the song into our music player and uploaded another track titled, "What’s Up Lonely" which is a bluesy soulful number that was recorded a year ago actually for the album. I’ve mentioned it a few times before in our updates! Anyways hope you enjoy the new songs & video and check out our live performances on our Youtube page as well! Thanks for all your support! Pce!

14/1/08 - Wow...Life can be so busy! Sorry guys for not updating in so long! Like its actually been almost a year haha. No we haven’t died...yet. Haha, it’s just we took a very long break that’s all. I believe its what bands call a hiatus. Haha. Anyways, Godfrey went away for four months to Italy to for educational purposes and the two hard working girls of Jayded have been studying and focusing on school as well. But now we’re back and we’ve been writing a few songs here and there so we haven’t COMPLETELY slacked off. Anyways we are going back in the studio in mid-February to do some more recordings and if plans go well, the next song should be a cover version of Jordin Sparks’ recent hit single, "Tattoo". A music video will shortly proceed that as well. Basically just keep an eye out for us cause we’ll pop outta no where with something haha.
We’ve also been doing some live gigs, Trisha did a live cover of Ne-Yo’s "Because Of You", Rachael did a live cover of Rihanna’s "Umbrella", both here in good old Markham, Ontario, Canada. Meanwhile Godfrey did a live cover of Kelly Clarkson’s "Never Again" all the way in an arena venue in Italy. Videos will be posted soon of our live performances so keep coming back! Pce!

20/5/07 - OMG! srry guys! Haven’t exactly been on myspace in a long time! I think facebook’s taking over my life! haha anyways we’re quite the busy children but school’s ALMOST over for us! So we’ll have tons of time to start finishing up our songs! I recently wrote a new song which is one of the best songs I think I’ve ever written. It’s called "Maybe It’s You" and it really means something to me. I’d love to record it soon, i got the tune and everything in my head already it’s just i needa record it haha. Trish & Raych are also in the midst of writing and composing, but they’re still working on their songs. Some other songs I wrote recently are titled, "Fuck", "Why" and I’ve also touched up and fixed the very first song I’ve ever written titled "Deep Down Inside". We’ll be back soon with a new song and hopefully a new video as well! So keep checking the page guys!

26/3/07 - Hey guys! Sorry again for the late updates again. We’ve been really busy with school and all and we hardly have anytime to record so things are gonna be pretty slow. But we’ve got a surprise for you and it’s a new song! Well not exactly a new s..P but we recently recorded "O’Canada", the national anthem. It has a bit of techno touch to it and its pretty danceable so hope you guys enjoy it as much as we do. It’s not an official song, but it’s a promotional song just to let you guys know we’re still recording and that we’re still alive.
We also talked with a friend of ours who will be helping us create our first "original song". She will be our first "composer" so we hope everything will go well. Expect the new song to drop around late April or May. So check back around that time and we’ll have the new stuff. Alright, Godfrey OUT!

20/2/07 - Sorry about the lack of updates, I know its been exactly a month since we updated but that’s cuz we’ve been terribly busy with our exams and stuff like that, but now we’re back on schedule. For now, we’ve postponed "What’s Up Lonely" for specific reasons but we have a surprise for you guys thats coming up so check back and we’ll give you more hints about our surprise.
On the other hand, we’ve scheduled some recording time + sessions to work on a small project. For now I won’t say what it is, but you’ll see when the time comes. Sorry ’bout all the suspense i’m trying to build up haha but its’ only cuz we don’t want to promise anything since stuff may change without notice. Yes, I know there’ve been rumours about us breaking up, but no they’re not true, unless you hear it from us, its not true. We do have solo projects going on outside of Jayded, but we’re definitely still together. Anyways check back for more details about our future project coming up and the surprise!

20/1/07 - Not really much news but wanted to update since the video is up and running on our myspace as you can see and on youtube as well so comment & give us some feedback. We have some songs we’re working on currently as we’ve already said we’re currently trying to record "What’s Up Lonely" and we are also currently working on some other songs. These songs may or may not be recorded due to our busy lives, but these are a few songs we have considered: "Some Hearts", "What Hurts The Most", "Game Of Love", and "Alive". Note that these songs won’t be up for a while so sit tight. But do check back for more updates.

18/1/07 - So the "So Sick" video was done, but after some feedback from Rachael & Trisha, i’ve decided to do a new version of it. So now there are 2 different versions of it, the RAW version which is the first one i made and now theres the REMIX version with extra scenes in it. Everyone will be able to watch the REMIX version of it, but if you would like to watch the RAW version, you’re gonna have to send me a msg.
In other news, the recording of "What’s Up Lonely" should commence soon tomorrow or next week. Check back for more details and for the new video i’ll premiere tonight or tomorrow.

17/1/07 - I’ve got big news! The "So Sick" music video has been finished early and I’m gonna get it marked and i’ll upload it as soon as i can. I still have History CPTs ya know so be patient! Also, a new song is in the process of being recorded, it’s most likely going to be a song i call "What’s Up Lonely". You might now have heard of it because its a brand new song that we’ve composed/written so check back for it! This song should be finished by the end of February.

16/1/07 - We’ve thought long and hard about this and we’ve made up our mind. Through a very long process of thinking of unique group names that doesn’t sound like a band yet doesn’t sound like a lame pop group, we’ve come up with our group name, Jayded. So give us some feedback on the name thank you!

Jayded was formed in early 2007. Godfrey was eager to record another song after his project with Rachael & Trisha ended in the September of 06’. The three got back together recording their hit "So Sick" in late 06’. They decided it was time to form a pop group and are now known as "Jayded". Godfrey is currently the producer of the upcoming songs & has directed & made their music video for "So Sick" with the help of Trisha & Rachael & Florence.
Although vocally trained, they strive to do their best at whatever they’re doing whether they’re recording or performing live. The three are now beginning to experiment with the type of music they’d like to make and are in the process of writing their own music and creating a new sound. They currently have about 6-7 songs but only 3-4 are completely finished and mastered. Check back soon for new songs & news.
