I play the guitar since I was 7 years old. Started with classical guitar at a music school, later played in several folk bands.
Mit der Band "folk mobil", die sich während des Studiums gefunden hat, spiele ich seit über 25 Jahren zusammen.

Derzeit bin ich hier auch noch mit einer weiteren Band "neXus" am Start (Folk, Folkrock, Country), in der bis vor lurzem auch meine Tochter als Sängerin mitmachte.

Mit meinem Solo-Programm "How it is done" trete ich ab und zu in Kneipen oder auf Stadtfesten auf. Das Programm besteht aus Eigenen Songs in der Tradition der Singer/Songwriter, aus manch bekanntem Folk-Song zum Mitsingen und seit einiger Zeit sind vermehrt reine "Fingerstyle" Stücke dazu gekommen (eigene und nachgespielte).
Once in a while I play my solo-programm “How it is done” in pubs or on small festivals. The programm is a blend of own songs, some well-known sing along folk and lately quite a bit fingerstyle guitar tunes (own stuff and covers).
Und zu guter letzt trete ich mittlerweile recht häufig im Duett mit meiner Tochter auf, es hat sich ein volles Programm entwickelt, außerdem treten wir als Support u.a. im Apr 2008 für Fools Garden auf. Last but not least my daughter and I have developed a full program, which we are playing as Duett, further more we play Support to other bands, for example for "Fools Garden" in April 2008
Neben den Life-Aktivitäten habe ich einen riesen Spaß habe ich an Internet-Projekten, in denen Musikerkolleg/inn/en - jeder an seinem eigen PC - die Spuren für gemeinschaftliche Produktionen aufnehmen und wir es dann zu fertigen Projekten zuammenfügen. Next to those Life-activities a really enjoy internet-projects in which other musicians and myself are recording at their home-PC and contributing tracks to such projects. We had some nice results already, and the best thing we really had a lot of fun.
Der Sommer 2009 steht vor der Türe und wir liefern jetzt die Musik dazu. Meine neue Single "Wir machen uns den Sommer" geht in Kürze an den Start - hör doch mal rein, würd mich freuen ...
