About me:

I'm a native of Kentucky, & lived in Germany from Feb. 2001 to April 2009, except for six months in 2007, when I lived in Kabul, Afghanistan. I'm now in the Portland, Oregon area. My web site has info about my work, how to camp with dogs, and why American women should travel more. You can also see photos from my travels. In late 2005, I completed my Masters Degree in Development Management from Open University in the United Kingdom, making me broke, but very well educated. My MySpace blog promotes volunteerism, especially for teens and 20somethings. I link only to actual friends (as in people I know), causes I support, musicians I adore and that I want to be heard by more people... and Nathan Fillion...

Who I'd like to meet:

Alive: Jimmy Carter, Ewan McGregor, Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf (current President of Liberia), Jodie Foster, Joss Whedon, Cher, Aung San Suu Kyi and Richard Quest (top THAT for an eclectic group). Dead: Butterfly McQueen, Hattie McDaniel, Queen Elizabeth I, and Hatshepsut.

Hey Jayne, great to hear from you! I sure hope you're doing well over there, and looking forward to hooking up with you sometime after you get back.

Yes, I do have more than 4 four friends, I am just selective. Actually, according to facebook, I think I have about 100 friends. If you ever join facebook, look me up! Greg and Cindy Shove are there too.

Hey, Chica! Thanks for visiting and commenting!

I didn't get to see Tommy for a few years while I was living in NY.
However, I've moved to OH and I've seen him 3-4 times in the past month! Pretty cool!

    get pretty interesting.
    "

    Mal: Define "interesting.
    "
    Wash: "Oh God. Oh God.
    We're all gonna die?"

MaL: (over ships intercom) "This is the captain.
    We have a little problem
    with our entry sequence,
    so we may experience some
    slight turbulence
    and then explode.

Jayne -- Is your primary image on MySpace supposed to be you peeking out from behind your burka? Or are you knee-deep in a field of poppies? Stay safe. Proud of you.
