One of Durham North Carolina’s own, J Rosevelt represents the new voice of hip-hop. A student of the hip-hop game, Rosevelt used the influence of his favorite artists to develop his own versatile flow. The outcome? A compilation of talents from some of the hottest names in rap: the rapid-fire flow of a Twista, the intricate wordplay of an Eminem, the experimental-spirit of a Kanye West topped off with the confidence of Jay-Z himself. Since 2003 Rosevelt has been creating songs that will make you dance, laugh, sing and cry…most of all Rosevelt makes music you can FEEL.
