General
.. I do the gym thing most every day. I really like to stay in shape. Plus it just makes me feel good. Speaking of feeling good, I also like to do yoga, ok, so it is at the gym as well, but I do it 3 times a week and have found it to by my centering device. I love the sun, the water, the whole outside in the warm weather thing. There is nothing that beats a great conversations... meeting new people... flicks with tons of great dialog... flicks with great action... comedy, comedy, comedy... ..Music
..I like a dialectic blend of rock, hiphop, new, old, nothing weird, anything with a good beat, or a good message, or a mindless tribal beat that keeps me going during cardio, from Zepplin to Outkast, and everything in between..Movies
..Borat!, All things Kevin Smith, unless it is anything by Quentin Tarantino<Television
..The Daily Show, Comedy Central all day, All the HBO series, and don't forget Showtime..It's not TV...Books
..Anything from Stephen King, but I just found Ayn Rand's books, and Fountainhead was so meaningful, if you are interested in a communist's view of capitalism. God, I hope it doesn't catch on, looks dangerous ;)Heroes
..Aquaman, "He can talk to the fish" Flash, damn is he fast Superman, he is... Well, he is Superman Ok, maybe John McCain, he is a hard ass, but at least he stands for something, well, stood for something, maybe... My oldest son because he is in Iraq for the second time and is THE MAN!!!.. Bless him...
