POET: Jaz is a published poet from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her poetry has appeared in local,international and overseas print publications including WRITE ON!, Struggle, Poetic Hours, WestWard Quarterly, RollingOut & WriterBlocks. She has been published in two Collections: The 2006 anthology Distinguished Writings/Publications Collection Book and most recent November 2008 Annual Edition of Literary House Review. She placed 2nd in the 2008 Eleventh Biannual Poetry Card Contest for worldwide publishing card house BLUE MOUNTAIN ARTS. Jaz’s poetry has also appeared in one chapbook in Philadelphia's own Moonstone’s “The 12th Annual Poetry Ink Chapbook”. She's also been published in multiple online literary journals & magazines. Jaz is on a continuum submitting her book-length poetry manuscripts for publication. She is on the journey of recording her contempo-Christian cd. Jaz also enjoys modeling, sitting in nature, karaoke, theatre, photography, science, reading and dancing. She's grateful to be gifted in these areas, but is over the moon to be chosen and accepted by her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ.
