We are an independent record company presenting the new wave of jazz and improvised music in Norway. Jazzaway Records was founded by saxophonist Jon Klette in 2003. He is also the main composer/leader in the band Jazzmob. Their new CD "Pathfinder", 2003, was the first release from Jazzaway. The album was described as one of the best jazz albums of the year by critics in the Norwegian music press. Their energetic and hard swinging music deserves to be heard outside Norway.
