Jazz On A Winter’s Weekend 2009 - Music Clips and Lineup
(devamı)
Southport Melodic Jazz Club was formed in 1991 as a society to promote occasional mainstream jazz gigs in Southport at a time when there was virtually nothing available. Over the next decade the club gradually built an audience and reputation, starting with two concerts per year and increasing to the current monthly gig schedule, attracting the highest level of musicians from Britain and around the world to play for a discerning and appreciative crowd.
In February of 2005 we held the first of our "Jazz On A Winter's Weekend" festivals, and we now have three of these events behind us, each more successful and better received than the last. Preparations for 2008 are well underway and it is already shaping up to be an extremely special and not-to-be-missed festival.
